No, this will fit dual cab models only unless specifically stated otherwise.
Can I fit this product to a vehicle with an existing sports bar or roll bar?

Is this product compatible with load bed liners?
Below-the-rail bed liners are usually fine, but the cover is not compatible with over-the-rail bed liners. These would need to be trimmed or removed before installation.
