When camping or on longer trips, slide out kitchen systems are becoming more and more popular. This solves the problem of having a suitable surface to prep food, offers easy storage for equipment, saves set-up time, and creates a clean and easily deployed and stowed work area.
The Quick Pitch Mini Kitchen has now been updated and is now even better at what it does best: making optimal use of available space. With this complete kitchen in the back of your 4WD or car, you can prepare the perfect meal anywhere. The compact design of this Mini Kitchen, when folded, leaves you free space for luggage and other essential items. When you pull out the drawer from under the refrigerator, you will have two handy countertops. These countertops can be used at two different heights, allowing the user to can cook on one and chop meat or vegetables on the other.
Under the upper wooden worktop, there is storage space for a gas bottle, your stove, pans or other gear. For your cutlery, Quick Pitch has moved the extra drawer to the front of the Mini Kitchen for fast and easy access. When you pull this extended kitchen drawer out even further, your refrigerator will lower for easy access. This also allows you to use the countertops, storage space, and refrigerator simultaneously. The cabinet that houses the entire unit offers multiple mounting points for accessories. This way, no space is wasted, and you can utilise the full height of your car, van, or truck.
The system developed by Quick Pitch uses only the highest quality runners, gas springs, and materials. The unit is made from 2mm and 3mm aluminum, and 3mm stainless steel, powder-coated for a long life. Please note that the stove, fridge, etc, are not included.
This product can support the weight of a fully loaded fridge plus 15kg of equipment. Two sizes are offered:
