This Gobi-X wheel carrier is designed specifically for use as an accessory to the Gobi-X rear bumper for Mercedes Sprinter. The thick pin at the bottom of the wheel carrier is attached to the special bushing integrated in the rear bumper and acts as a durable hinge point. The gas spring ensures that the wheel carrier opens automatically when the double lock is disengaged and also serves as a hinge limiter so that the carrier not open too far. The spare wheel holder is suitable for standard tyre sizes for Sprinter 2WD and 4WD models, but the adjustable bracket also allows for wider wheels and tyres. This product is available in both left and right variants.
