The Big Country Ostrich Wing Junior is a slightly smaller version of the famous Ostrich Wing Awning. The Junior Awning back plate length is 2m compared to 2.55m on the larger Ostrich Wing. This makes the Junior Awning ideal for smaller SUVs and double cab pickup trucks. The Big Country Ostrich Wing Junior is a robust awning made from 320gsm tear resistant canvas, which is supported by an aluminum frame. This awning will provide you with no less than 7m squared of shade in less than 30 seconds and can be easily unfolded and folded by one person.

The Big Country Ostrich Wing is a freestanding awning, which means that it is not necessary to use support legs in calm weather. However, 1 support leg is included as standard for extra stability in windy conditions. When using the optionally available sidewall set, three legs are required; or if you are using the awning in extreme conditions, it is advisable to purchase two additional support legs. These are easy to mount in the designated support points under the arms, which are standard on the awning. Please note that the awning should be stowed away in high winds to prevent damage.

The aluminum frame is formed from specially manufactured profiles with a lattice construction and swivel nylon bushings to provide exceptional strength. The awning fabric is available in grey. When stowed away,the awning and case measure 2080 x 120 x 180mm. Mounting brackets are not included.
